Our agents select from among four unique programs and can move from one program to another as their career evolves and their needs change. The four programs are”

Business Without Boundaries. This is a program for seasoned agents that provides an extraordinary commission arrangement, avoids monthly fees and costs and provides excellent corporate support.

Vanguard Advantage. This program is also for experienced professionals and provides full staff support and a traditional office environment. If you are presently in a traditional real estate environment you will find that Vanguard Advantage provides what you receive now, but at a better commission rate.

RIDE. The RIDE program is for agents who have been in the business less than two years but more than six months. The focus of RIDE is to help agents reach their true potential. More support than other agencies provide and a generous commission arrangement make RIDE a favorite

ProTeam Member. The ProTeam Member program is for new hires to the real estate profession. ProTeam Members are paired with season agents (ProTeam Leaders) who provide mentoring and in some instances sales leads. ProTeam Members have the dual advantages of hands on training and the ability to move into other programs, as their career grows; without having to change companies in order to find the best opportunity.
