Northeast Florida provides an exciting venue of living options.  From the border in Fernandina to South of St. Augustine our beach communities each offer something unique for the beach lover. 

Golfers will find a wide variety of year round golf facilities and country clubs regardless of the area you may chose to live.  Northeast Florida is the home of World Golf Village as well as the Players Championship at Sawgrass.

The centerpiece of Jacksonville and the border between St. Johns and Clay counties is the fabulous St. Johns River.  The river is over 3 miles wide at some points and provides recreational boating, fishing and excellent sailing.  Near the mouth of the river is Mayport Naval Station  and the home of the U.S. Southern Command.  The Naval Air Station Jacksonville is also along the river, south of downtown.  The river is the focal point for many downtown activities.

Jacksonville was the host city for the 2005 Superbowl XXXIX!

Our area has many quaint shops and homes as well as the latest up to date construction.  Our weather is almost perfect with a year-round average temeperature of 72 degrees.
