 Sports and Recreation
There are many athletic associations for youth in the Orange Park area that offer Pop Warner football, flag football, cheerleading, softball and baseball. Recreational sports at the YMCA's include flag football, soccer, basketball, and cheerleading. Club and advanced soccer is offered at the Clay County Soccer Club. Advanced basketball is offered with different AAU leagues in Jacksonville, the Leroy Butler Foundation, and the Barco Newton YMCA. Swim teams are offered at Eagle Harbor, Magnolia Point Golf & CC and Orange Park Golf & CC.
For adults, everyone belongs to the YMCA for fitness. They offer adult basketball leagues 18-39 yrs.; over 40; and Top Gun is for elite players of all ages. Adult volleyball is co-ed and has a recreational and competitive league. Softball League's for men, women, and co-ed is offered at Armstrong Park off of CR 220 in Middleburg. Men's soccer is offered through the Clay County Soccer Club.
Tennis & Golf is offered for all ages at all the area golf & country clubs.
*Cheerleading, Dance and Athletics are offered in schools beginning in 7th grade.*
