Director of Career Development

Clark LaBlond started his real estate career nearly 20 years ago, choosing real estate as a vocation when he settled in Jacksonville after leaving a career in advertising and marketing.

While LaBlond found quick success as a sales person, he felt his strengths were better suited to management and so he entered sales management. Since making the transition to sales management, he has worked in offices in Mandarin, North Jacksonville and Jacksonville's Historic communities of Avondale, Riverside, Ortega and Springfield. A resident of Avondale since 1995, he has a special affinity for the unique qualities and diversity of Jacksonville's Historic Districts and delights in living and working in the area.

LaBlond joined Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty in 2014 as Director of Career Development. He develops exclusive, concentrated training programs for new associates and leads on-going training for all CBV associates. He enjoys working with the associates and assisting in expanding the market share of CBV and the level of expertise of the CBV associates.
