Laura Ranneklev began her career in Jacksonville real estate shortly after moving from New York, where she worked for Ralph Lauren, specializing in Jewelry Merchandising. Her professional experience in design and a degree in marketing laid the groundwork needed to excel in the real estate arena. After years of honing her skills as a top producing, multi-million Dollar REALTOR, Ranneklev evolved into her current position as a Director of Marketing Development.

As DMD for the Mandarin and St. Johns areas, Ranneklev mentors, trains and coaches real estate agents in every aspect of the business. Having had a gratifying career in the real estate industry, she understands what it takes to develop a business plan that works.

Prior to being appointed Mandarin’s DMD, Ranneklev had the pleasure of opening a brand-new office for Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty in St. Johns County and was highly successful in recruiting 24 agents in an eight-month timeframe. Her enthusiasm and hard work paid off with office growth to $30 million in production for the first year.

Ranneklev and her husband Nils have been married 25 years, and they have two college-aged children, Christie and Lars, and one son, Mark in middle school. Avid sports fans of the NY Mets and NY Giants, the Ranneklev family also enjoys traveling and is working on a family travel bucket list. Ranneklev is also proudly working on her application to D.A.R. (Daughters of the American Revolution).
