Corporate Manager
A Florida native, Vicki Terry is passionate about Jacksonville and serving her community, workplace and family. Terry spent part of her childhood in Palm Beach, but her heart moved her back to Jacksonville during her adolescence.
She is no stranger to hard work. Terry began working at Wohl Shoe Company while a student at Orange Park High, and after several years of diligent work, she was promoted and began managing her first store by 19. During this time, she also graduated from Orange Park High School and earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising.
Terry has been a valued employee with Coldwell Banker for nearly 30 years. Kicking off her successful career in real estate, she began working in property management in 1988 and within six months had worked her way up to executive assistant. In both 1996 and 2005, Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty presented Terry with the "Outstanding Achievement Award."
In addition to her successes at work, she also stays engaged and active within her community. During the last 20 years, she has served on two executive boards and as president of a local flag football league. She currently serves as vice president of a local soccer league and executive board, which serves more than 6,000 families in St. Johns County.
