Title Insurance Premium - Primary Policy - Florida Set Promulgated Rate ($5.75 per $1000 up to $100,000, then $5 per $1000 after $100,000)

  • Simultaneous Issue Rate - $150.00 (If receiving both Owner's Policy and Lender's Policy)
  • Standard Endorsements - $100.00 each (Minimum Required - ALTA 8.1)
  • FL - Form 9 - 10% of total Title Insurance Premium (Required)
  • Navigational Servitude - 10% of total Title Insurance Premium (Req'd for Coastal Properties)
